Friday, October 20, 2017   Missing Person – Kierra Hather: C17-235965   The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 13-year-old female, Kierra Hather.   Hather was last seen in the West End area of Winnipeg during the evening of October 18, 2017.     She is described as Indigenous in appearance, 5'5", medium build with medium length straight brown hair and brown eyes.
