Suspicious Male: C17-154377
On July 13, 2017 at approximately 3:00 p.m., an adult female was walking her child in a stroller in the area of Assiniboine Ave. and Garry St. when a male began to follow her. The female continued on, ignoring the male, until she reached the Osborne Street Bridge, when the suspect touched her back and shoulders. When confronted, the male proceeded to touch the child at which time the victim ran to a near-by business and alerted police.

The suspect is described as:
Caucasian male
Late 20's to early 30's in age
Medium build
Short, buzz cut style, blonde hair
Wearing no shirt and blue jeans

This investigation is continuing by members of the Major Crimes Unit. Anyone with information that may assist investigators is asked to call 204-986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
