Thursday, July 27, 2017      Theft Investigation Public Assistance Requested: C17-136386 The Winnipeg Police Major Crimes Unit has been investigating a series of thefts that have taken place over the past several months. The thefts have occurred at locations throughout the city. The suspect in these thefts has gone to various convenience stores where sleeves of lottery tickets have been stolen after distracting the clerk. Investigators believe the same suspect is responsible for over thirty thefts. The following are CCTV images of a male investigators are looking to identify.
