Tuesday, May 30, 2017     Homicide – Arrest: C17-110021 Winnipeg Police Homicide investigators have made an arrest in the murder of a 22-year-old male. The victim, Jarso ANO, was killed on May 23, 2017.   Dondre GRANT, 22, was arrested on May 29, 2017. He has been charged with Second Degree Murder. Grant was detained in custody.    As previously released: On May 23rd, 2017, at approximately 3:15 p.m., emergency personnel responded to a report of an injured male in the 300 block of Kennedy Street.   A 22-year-old male was located outside an apartment block suffering from what appeared to be an upper-body stab wound.
