Thursday, March 30, 2017 Public Assistance: The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU), a joint forces unit of the Winnipeg Police Service and the RCMP, is requesting assistance from the Public in locating Winston George THOMAS, 38 years old. Police are seeking to locate THOMAS as he has Warrants for failing to comply with Court Orders.  THOMAS is designated a High Risk Sex Offender.   THOMAS is described as an Aboriginal male, 5'9" tall, 240 pounds, black hair, brown eyes.  If you have any information regarding THOMAS's whereabouts, please contact the Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit at (204) 984-1888.  After normal business hours please contact the Winnipeg Police Service at (204) 986-6222.  Callers may also call Crimestoppers at (204) 786-TIPS (8477) or 1-800-222-8477.
