      Male Wanted – Update: C16-260846
As previously released; The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating an individual wanted in connection to a number of serious and violent incidents that occurred in Winnipeg. Multiple arrest warrants have been issued for Dave Athoney AVIS.

Avis was arrested on December 27, 2016, and has been charged with the following offences:
- May 6, 2016: Sexual Assault, Forcible Confinement,
Administer Noxious Thing, Utter Threats
- June 16, 2016: Warrant of Arrest – Fail to Attend Court
- October 14, 2016: Warrant of Arrest – Sexual Assault with
a Weapon, Forcible    Confinement, Fail to Comply
Probation Order
- October 28, 2016: Robbery, Disguise with Intent, Fail to
Comply Probation Order
- December 13, 2016: Break, Enter and Theft
- December 25, 2016: Break and Enter
- December 25, 2016: Break, Enter and Theft, Fail to
Comply Probation Order
- December 25, 2016: Assault With a Weapon, Utter
Threats, Fail to Comply Probation Order
- December 25, 2016: Aggravated Sexual Assault, Utter
Threats, Forcible Confinement

Avis was detained in custody.
