Monday, December 26, 2016 Male Wanted: R16-50718, C16-215010, C16-225853 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating an individual wanted in connection to a number of serious and violent incidents that occurred in Winnipeg between October 28 and December 24, 2016. Multiple arrest warrants have been issued for Dave Athoney AVIS. Avis is described as a black male, 41-years-old, 6'4" in height, approximately 190 lbs. Dave Athoney AVIS Avis is considered dangerous and should not be approached.
