Thursday, December 22, 2016      UPDATE: Sudden Death Investigation - C16-243937   On November 20, 2016 at approximately 9:30 p.m., members of the Winnipeg Police Service, along with the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service, responded to a residence located in the first 100 block of Kinlock Lane regarding 2 males in medical distress.     Two males were transported to hospital and a 22-year-old was later pronounced deceased. A 21-year-old was admitted to hospital in critical condition and has since been released. It was suspected that the males ingested an illicit substance.     On November 22, 2016 members of the Winnipeg Police Clandestine Lab Team executed a search warrant at the residence and seized drug paraphernalia and substances later confirmed to be Hydromorphone, Carfentanil and Fentanyl.     On November 26, 2016 a second search warrant was obtained for a package delivered to a resident of the home.
