Male Wanted – Aggravated Assault Investigation – C16-126313
On June 19, 2016 at approximately 2:20 a.m., a male and female suspect attended a hotel located in the 500 block of Main Street. While there, they confronted a staff member after they were refused service.
   
A 40 year old female victim was viciously assaulted by the pair over several minutes causing serious injuries.
   
Members of the Winnipeg Police Service responded however the suspects fled. Members of the Division 11 Crime Unit continued to investigate. As a result, a male identified as Donald "Rocky" LOUPELLE, 44 years old is currently wanted for aggravated assault.
   
He is described as Caucasian, 5'7" tall, 143 pounds, medium build, dark wavy hair, facial hair and brown eyes. 
   
   
   
   
   
female in her 20's is also being sought by police who was in the company of LOUPELLE and participated in the assault. She is described as Aboriginal in appearance, 5'9" tall, 172 pounds, medium build, dark hair and brown eyes.
