Suspicious Person – C16-18174
On January 27, 2016, members of the Winnipeg Police Service responded for the report of a suspicious person.
   
Officers met with the complainants, brothers who are nine and twelve years of age.  They related that at approximately 3:30 p.m. on January 26th they had been walking in the 1000 block of Simpson Avenue when a car with two males pulled up.  The driver stated that their mother was looking for them and asked if they would like a ride home.  The boys declined and made their way home where they told their mother.
   
The vehicle is described as a small, four door brown/beige car.
   
Both suspects are described as Caucasian, approximately 18 years of age with scruffy facial hair.
   
The investigation is continuing by members of the East District Crime Unit.  Anyone who has any information regarding this incident or the identity of the suspect(s) is asked to contact investigators at (204)986-2857 or Crime Stoppers at (204)786-TIPS (8477).
