MISSING PERSON – Spencer GAGNON-HEIBERT - C15-38416
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating the following 22-year-old male, Spencer GAGNON-HEIBERT. GAGNON-HEIBERT was last seen in the Wolseley area near Polo Park on Sunday, February 22, 2015, at approximately 1:00 PM.
 
GAGNON-HEIBERT is described as:  Caucasian, 5'10" tall, approximately 190 pounds with a stocky build, shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a burnt orange parka with fur trim, a black/red plaid shirt, light blue jeans and burnt orange Timberland boots.                 
 
Police are concerned for GAGNON-HEIBERT's wellbeing and are asking anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
