Wednesday, December 24, 2014     MISSING PERSON – Melvin HARRIS – C14-272168 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating the following 45-year-old male, Melvin HARRIS.  HARRIS is known to frequent the Fort Rouge and downtown areas of the city and was last heard from on Monday December 21st, 2014.   HARRIS is described as: Caucasian, 5'10" tall, approximately 140 pounds with long bushy salt and pepper hair. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and black pants.
