Monday, August 25, 2014   Stabbing Investigation Update – Homicide - C14-180405 As previously reported, on August 25, 2014 shortly after 5:00 a.m., emergency personnel were dispatched to the 200 block of Austin Street North for the report of a male having been stabbed.   Attending members located an adult male suffering from an apparent stab wound to the upper body.  He was transported to hospital in critical condition where he later succumbed to his injuries.   Family notifications are pending and further information will be provided as it becomes available.   The investigation is continuing by members of the Homicide Unit.
