Wednesday, March 26, 2014 UPDATE:  Yesterday the Winnipeg Police Service requested the Public and Media's assistance in locating, 14 year-old, Tyrus Mann.  Tyrus has been safely located.  The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank the Public and Media for their assistance in this matter.    Tuesday, March 25, 2014   MISSING PERSON – TYRUS MANN   C14-58597 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating 14 year-old male, Tyrus MANN. MANN was last seen in the North End area of Winnipeg on Sunday, March 23, 2014.   MANN is described as: Aboriginal, 5'6" tall, approximately 190 lbs., large build with short black hair and brown eyes.
