Friday, January 31, 2014     MALE SHOT   C14-22126 On January 30, 2014 at approximately 8:10 p.m., officers and other emergency personnel responded to the 600 block of Magnus Avenue regarding a firearm discharge incident.   Attending members located a 37 year-old male with an injury to his upper body consistent with being shot. He was transported from the scene and is in stable condition.   The investigation has revealed that a group of males had been causing a disturbance in the area when the victim exited the rear of his residence. While the victim yelled out at the group to take the confrontation elsewhere, a male push passed him in an attempt to flee from the group.
