City of Winnipeg Declared Snow Route Ban lifted November 29, 2013 Winnipeggers are advised that the Declared Snow Route Parking Ban has now been lifted. There are no parking bans currently in place. The City's annual Snow Route Parking Ban comes into effect Sunday, December 1, 2013. The City of Winnipeg Public Works Department wishes to thank everyone for their cooperation during this snow removal operation.
