STRONG ARM ROBBERY C13-193925
On Monday, September 23rd, 2013 at approximately 8:00 a.m. Winnipeg Police general patrol members responded to a report of a strong arm robbery in the area of Roch Street and Chalmers Avenue. The investigation revealed that a 12 year old victim was on his way to school when he was confronted by a male armed with a weapon. The suspect demanded and received the victim's personal property. The suspect then fled in a grey coloured, 4-door Honda Civic. The suspect was described as:
- Male, aboriginal in appearance
- Approximately 18 years old
- Medium height and weight
- Possibly with a slight beard or goatee

STRONG ARM ROBBERY C13-194028
On Monday, September 23rd, 2013 at approximately 8:15 a.m. Winnipeg Police general patrol members responded to a report of a strong arm robbery in the area of Kimberly Avenue and Roch Street. The investigation revealed that a 16 year old victim was on his way to school in the company of 2 other youths.
At this time a male suspect exited a grey coloured Honda Civic and confronted the victim while brandishing a weapon. The suspect demanded the victim turn over personal property.
The suspect then fled in the grey coloured vehicle. The suspect was described as:
- Male, aboriginal in appearance
- Approximately 18 to 25 years old
- Approximately 6',
- Dark coloured hair, dark beard/goatee

ASSAULT WITH WEAPON C13-194285
On Monday, September 23rd, 2013 at approximately 6:15 p.m. Winnipeg Police general patrol members responded to a report of an assault that had just occurred in the 1300 block of Fife Street.
The investigation revealed that a 25 year old female victim had just parked her car in the area was still seated in the vehicle with her two young children when an unknown male broke the passenger side window and discharged pepper spray into the interior of the vehicle. The suspect then fled the area in a vehicle. The vehicle was driven by a female, and was accompanied by a second male.
The suspects are described as follows:
- #1, Male, aboriginal in appearance
- #2, Male, aboriginal in appearance
- #3, Female, aboriginal in appearance, heavy build
- Vehicle: blue coloured mini-van
The victims were treated at the scene by members of the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Services.
