Friday, August 30, 2013 MISSING PERSON – Shirley POLLARD - R13-060882 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 16 year old female, Shirley POLLARD. POLLARD was last seen in the Machray/ Aikins area of Winnipeg on Wednesday, August 28, 2013.   POLLARD is described as: Caucasian, 5'6" tall with a medium build, long straight blonde hair and green eyes.
