Friday, May 31, 2013 MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION INVESTIGATION- ARREST   C13-104404 On Friday, May 31, 2013 shortly after 6:30 a.m. emergency services responders were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision involving two vehicles near the intersection of Hargrave Street and McDemot Avenue. Upon arrival, officers learned that the driver and sole occupant of the Chevrolet Silverado had fled the scene immediately after the collision.  The 42-year-old male driver of the Toyota 4Runner was conveyed from the scene in stable condition.   As a result of the investigation by Division 11 Uniform Members, the suspect driver was identified and located in St. Boniface area.  He was taken into custody without incident.  A 33-year-old male from Winnipeg will be facing a charge of Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle and a Highway Traffic Act Offence of failing to remain at the scene of an accident. He will be released on an Appearance Notice.   MISSING PERSON - JASMINE PASCAL               R13-32490 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 15-year-old female, Jasmine PASCAL. PASCAL was last seen on Monday, May 27, 2013, at approximately 12:00 p.m. in the Downtown area of Winnipeg.  Information has been received that PASCAL may have travelled west to Alberta.     Jasmine PASCAL is described as: Caucasian, 5'3" tall, 125 lbs, with short brown hair and blue-green eyes. The Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit considers PASCAL to be a child in need of protection as she is at high risk of being exploited, victimized or harmed and investigators are concerned for her well-being.
