Friday April 19th, 2013     MISSING PERSON –JESSICA KAREN CROUCH-SINCLAIR R13-11107 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 19 year old female, Jessica Karen CROUCH-SINCLAIR. CROUCH-SINCLAIR was last seen during the evening hours of February 4th, 2013 in the St. Vital area of city.
