Winnipeg Police Service News Release:

Saturday, March 23, 2013     INDECENT ACT C13-54975 Today, at approximately 10:50 a.m., Uniform Patrol members responded to the area of Antrim Road and Louelda Street regarding the report of an indecent act.   Officers were advised that a 23 year old female was approached by an unknown male while in her vehicle. The male knocked on the driver's side window, getting the victim's attention when he exposed himself and performed an indecent act.
