Monday, March 25, 2013     MISSING PERSON – JOSEPHINE MARIE MERASTY R13-15379 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 17 year old female, Josephine Marie MERASTY.  She was last seen on March  13, 2013, in the area of Balmoral Street and Notre Dame Avenue.       MERASTY  is described as:Aboriginal, 5'4" in height, 140 pounds with long straight black hair and brown eyes.
