Thursday, December 27, 2012   FIRE - C12-259850 On Thursday, December 27, 2012 at approximately 3:40 a.m., members of the Winnipeg Police Service and other emergency personnel responded to the 700 block of Stella Avenue for a working fire involving a detached garage. Damage is estimated at $20,000.00. The investigation is continuing by members of the Arson Strike Force.
