MIHRSOU REQUEST ASSISTANCE TO LOCATE Martin Louis PATRICK and Christopher Edwyn MURDOCK
The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit, which consists of both RCMP and WPS Members, is requesting assistance from the public in locating Martin Louis PATRICK and Christopher Edwyn MURDOCK. Police are seeking to locate both PATRICK and MURDOCK as they have both failed to comply with their Long Term Supervision Orders and are currently unlawfully at large.
 
On September 5, 2008, PATRICK was designated a Long Term Offender following a conviction for Sexual Assault with a Weapon. PATRICK is assessed as very impulsive and a high risk to re-offend both sexually and violently.   He has a lengthy record including Sexual Assault, Assault, Forcible Confinement, Assault with a Weapon and charges for Failing to Comply with Court Imposed Orders. All females are at risk. 
 
    
 
PATRICK is 29 years old and described as an Aboriginal male, 5'6", 217 lbs, black hair and brown eyes.
 
 
MURDOCK is currently subject to a Long Term Supervision Order as a result of being convicted of numerous serious sexual assaults. MURDOCK is high risk to re-offend both sexually and violently. He has an extensive criminal record which includes several sexual assaults, weapons and violent offences. MURDOCK has a long history of alcohol and substance abuse. He is considered an untreated Sex Offender. All females are at risk.
 
                    
 
MURDOCK is 47 years old and described as an Aboriginal male, 6'0", 190 lbs, black and gray hair and brown eyes.
